PAID FOR DECLINED ORDER

Good Day

I've placed an order on the Mc Delivery App on Friday, 12 February 2020, however the money went out of my account but there was no trace of my order and I received a message that the order was declined.

I've contacted the store and was told by the Manager that he will liaise with the Finance Department on Monday, 15 February 2021. I provided him with my details and up to date I have not received any feedback nor my refund. I have checked and the money was paid to Mc Donald's.
