Paid for an Item yet did not receive it.

I must say I am very disappointed with McDonalds Menlyn Retail Park, I bought 5 meals this morning via Drive Through and specifically requested that they should not forget to add the Jalapeno sauces. The lady I spoke to assured me that they will not forget to include it in my order as it dies display on the receipt. I initially called them gave them my order number 1836, thinking that they will assist me yet NO they did not assist.

I requested that they send someone to deliver the sauces seeing that it was not my fault that my order is incomplete and honestly this is not the first time, they refused!!!

I am no longer comfortable buying food there!!
