Paid but no food

I ordered using a The Macdonalds app and paid on the self help machine first time it declined second time it went through. Enjoyed the meal great Then I went back to purchase another meal through the app and then it deducted on my account but no meal. The manager says what I did wrong is that I ordered twice from the app. Then she says the funds will reverse. I told her I didn’t know I was supposed to order once then she nods her head and leaves the counter my money is gone no one gives me time frame of when I’ll get my money???? I asked what should I do no answer instead the guy tells me to pay cash the cashier’s name is Kemisetso and the manager is rose. Question is how do I pay cash and be allowed to order on the same app but not allowed to pay by card???! Bull ****!!! I want my money
