Owner of branch does not want to hear her customer problems with her company

<p>Last few months I or my wife have been to the MacDonald s in park rand they don't have milkshake I have left my number 3 times for the owner to phone me, the woman who owns the branch does not call me back. I went there today 9 October 2016 to go buy a milk shake and it's milk with chocolate is there anything that Mac Donald's can do about this as the owner of the franchise branch does not give a dam about Mac Donald's name. </p>
