Overcooked food

Tonight, after a function, my wife and I were hungry and decided to drive to McDonalds since it's the only place open this time of night. We went through the drive through as they closed for sit down. I ordered my favourite and my wife ordered her's being a Grand Chicken Deluxe. We came home with the expectancy to enjoy the meal however my wife's chicken fillet was over cooked. It was so hard that neither of us could bite through it. To top it off, we had to repeat our order several times and still the lady gets it wrong when placing it. If this the level of service we getting then I don't think it's even worth going back their again or to any McDonald's for that matter.
