Overall bad experience

On the 30 August at 1:30 I drove into the Drive through and left at 2:10. . Their till was not working so the order had to be manually written down, after taking about 15 min to order I had to wait another 10 min for my food , the cool drink was hot and the chips cold . I asked the woman for Ice and she gave me a horrible attitude , honestly one of the worst experiences I have had at a drive through
