Over spent unnecessary

At your branch in Hanover park I tried to scan chips for r10 and burger for r15 your worker helps me scan the burger but when coming to the chips it does not scan I tel her scan again she says no it’s the same as the burger code and as the timer is running of the chips I keep telling her scan again or take the code but then to late the timer runs out and I loose the chips discount and she does not even apologise so I had to buy chips for r22 which was unnecessary.your service is bad your employees don’t knw how to treat customers and she made her problem mine which is unfair
