Over charged

I was charged extra on my breakfast meal at McDonalds in Old Fort Rd, Durban. They got my order wrong and then proceeded to charge me what the called the difference between the 2 meals. this resulted in me having overpaid for the correct me and the server refused to rectify her mistake
