over an hour wait and they only make my order after the third follow up call

The service I received from Mac Donald's delivery was absolutely putrid after waiting an hour wasting airtime making three follow up calls they insist I pay for this late order which they only made after my third call. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not use their services again they have absolutely no regard for customer service.
