Over an hour since order and no delivery

We placed an online order at 19:53 and after calling at 21:00 to find out where our order is we get told there are no drivers. It has been over an hour since the order was placed and still waiting. The order details are: 306-21/03/2 ********** 4 21/03/2018 20:25:00 - 21/03/2018 20:40:00 Order Received

If this is the service to be expected I will never purchase McDonald's again. I expect a response and valid reason as to why this order has taken so long.
