over 2 hours to deliver our food

<p>We ordered mc ds for all the staff in our office for lunch, which is less than 3km away. after 1 hour we called to see where our food was. they said the driver has just left, its on its way. twenty minutes after that we called again. and she said the same thing. now we were all getting extremely frustrated. we phoned again and the driver said hell be here soon. we were all outside waiting. eventually we phoned again. the manager at mc ds said the driver is now back there because "we" gave them the wrong address and the driver went to that address and it was wrong. well we record our calls so guess what we have. us giving the RIGHT address. over two hours later he pitched up with the disgusting food that my dogs wouldnt even eat. we paid for it and literally threw most of it away. The chips were like old reheated chips and my nuggets were like rubber that stuck to my teeth. id like to know what mc donalds is going to do about this because this is RIDICULOUS.</p>
