Outstanding refunds

On the 10 April 2021 went to macdonald Hatfield plaza, bought ice cream, after waiting for abput 30min they realized that they ran out of ice cream. Instead of refunding they took down our details the manager explaining that head office will contact us for refund their till can't process refunds
