Unfortunately I cannot say that this is the first time this has happend. For many of us working parents, the convenience of stopping at Mc Donalds for a cup of coffee and a quick breakfast on the way to work is almost part of our daily routine. On numinous occasions, I arrive at the drive through at Mc Donalds springs, place my order, pay, and get to the last window to collect my meal, only to be asked to pull forward. Usually I dont bother arguing, and just pull forward. On this specific day, I ordered breakfast & coffee, without even being asked to pull forward, the lady handing my my coffee was waitibg outside of the store, holding my coffee out to me, and told me within 30 seconds she would bring my food. Firstly, I cannot see where they are walking to get outside, so how do I know what has happened to my food, and eventually, when 30 seconds became 5 minutes and I decided to go in and ask management where my food was, I saw my food standing on the counter, and got a simple \sorry"as a response. Once again"
