OUT OF STOCK AT A BURGER SHOP!!HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a meal and was only advised after paying that they don't a lettuce. The "manager" Koketso didn't even try to replace it something and just said it's not available. It's the attitude that made me to realise that a bad personnel can ruin my whole life experience with a brand i adore. BAD SERVICE FROM STAFF!! How can a brand like that not have a LETTUCE??? C'MON NOW. It's like buying a car without oil.
