Organised chaos

Do not go to McDonalds Vereeniging for your early morning coffee fix. They are spectacularly disorganised and unproffessional. They take your order on the first drive through point, then there is no one at the cashier stop or the collection stop. After a while, sounding the hooter, they then responded. Their first explanation for why their coffee is more expensive than Boksburg, is that it includes a ****in. When they saw that excuse don't fly, they said there was a price increase a month ago. When I pointed out that I had coffee at Boksburg last week Wednesday, they said the increase was in the last few days. Do people think, the older one gets, the less intelligence one have? Can a brand be so strong to survive such incompetance?
