Orders took over 30 mins

On Saturday I went to McDonald's kwamnyandu @16:24 I placed my order. When I went to require about my order 20 mins later a lady by the name of Phili told me that she doesn't know where my order was because she does not work there. I then asked for the manager Pontsho and she was of no assistance also. This is not the first time experiencing this ****ty service from Kwamnyandu. They should hire people who want to work and who can execute their duties.
