Orders taken down

In 2 separate insedince within a week I placed orders at Norkem Park McDonalds & both times my orders was taken down incorrectly by the cashier on duty, but the worst was Saturday when I placed an order, paid for it & while waiting I went through my slip only to realised it is a whole messed up order, trying to correct it the cashier kept on blaming me & refuse to explain to the manager in English so that I could understand what she was saying. This is a disgrace that McDonalds alow their staff to treat customers like that. Further more I loged a complaint with the call centre on Monday morning & still waiting for feed back. I'm very dissipointed & won't buy from McDonalds again & so is word of mouth advertising.
