Ordering

Today for the 2nd time my order was taken down wrong. On 02/10/2015 I ordered 2 sausage mc ****in meals. Phakathi charged me extra for coffee which i did not ask for and did not charge me for meals so i did not get my hashbrowns. Today Phakathi again took my order and charged me again for coffee i did not ask for. What frustrated me the most is that there is not even a manager in sight to apologise and all the staff members think it is a joke. This is redicilous
