Order was not what I know it to be

Orders two BBQ doubles large meals from McDonald's jackal corner via Uber eats, both burgers were not in boxes, it looked like the meals were somehow rejected, I'm really really disappointed with the service that we got, the only Only meal that was in its correct forms was my son's happy meal, but as for my partner and I we really got disappointed!
