Order was not placed

I am very angry with call center agent Happy i placed an order with her around 11:44 she told me the food will be delivered 45-60min. An hour later i called back to find out how far is my order and Nomfundo said there was no order under my number she has to wait for Happy to come back from lunch then she will call me after 10min of which she didn’t call me. 20 min later i called again to hear what’s the delay, i was put back to Happy and she gave lame excuse that she called the 011 of which i didnt give her that number i gave her my cell number, the system kicked her out she didn’t have my number like theres no way cause she read the order to me before we hang up. I am not happy at all the manager called to tell me that she is new. What a way to deal with this im annoyed and disappointed ????????????
