Order took 2 hours to get to me . Bad service Macdonalds

Very ridiculously slow delivery it took two hours to eat my order for delivery from Macdonald’s honey ridge. And their excuse is that they have one rider. I placed my order at 11:30 am and the lady by the name of Tshidi called me saying my order will be 15 min late which I was supposed to get at 12:10 pm. But guess what I only got my food t 13:00 which is inexcusable. Bad bad service delivery.
