Order paid for nothing received no money refunded

To whom it may concern

As per subject line I tried ordering food online and paid for the order however the order was never received and money never refunded either.

This is really terrible service as it is today 10/10/2020 and the payment was made 22/09/2020 . I have tried contacting the customer service number before but got cut off previously. I then tried to get contact details via the website however the support page is unresponsive for some reason and gives an error message.

Today I managed to get through to customer service and finally got some decent service from a gentleman named Sydwell Maluleka, thank you.

I would like some feedback at earliest convenience and some form of compensation for my inconvenience as well as refund of bank charges incurred due to the incorrect payment credited to McDonald's.
