Order not delivered correctly

I just had a delivery from Mcds through Mr D and my 2 x chips and chesse burger was not in the bag when I called Mr D they advised that they are not allowed to open the bag up so he was unaware, when trying to get hold of Mcds in century city cape Town after 14 attempts trying to call them no one has answered the call at all... Ordered lunch thinking I will enjoy it instead having to now go around and get more food when the food was paid already and no one can tell me what's happening
