Order not delivered

Yesterday I placed an order and paid online. But I never received my order let one a email to keep track of my order, am so disappointed in them as this is not the first time I've had this problem and always take time as well to respond nor assist in regard to such issues and their phone never goes through I actually think is not working. I would recommend that you guys stop the onlnr payment and go back to the cash and speed point method am seriously not happy with the service am getting at Benoni kit Kat McDonald's.
