Order not delivered

i order a meal yesterday and my meal never arrived it was suppose to be delivered at 15.35 but to no avail i waited no one called me to advise otherwise i think its ****ing bad service to do that to paying clients i waited long for nothing i demand my meal and an apology from them. ref no *** what the hell happened to my damn food.
