Order not correct

I wen to Jabulani Mall McDonalds on Friday 22 September at 6:45 pm I ordered 2 beef Big Macs (1 medium and 1 large) & Kiddies meals I was told there was only coke available. I took it but i noted the person after me got fanta. I queried but no proper answer. My coke didn't have ice as per my request but it was warm. It didn't taste like it was from a machine. I was very disappointed with this service.
