Order Missing ****ins, Disappointed

Ordered a meal this morning at the Jabulani Mall store and included ****ins in my order via uberEats. My order did not come with the ****ins and the driver said he will go back and collect them but he never did. I called the store and they did not pick up the phone. And I have already paid!!
