Order items Missing and Bad service

I do from time to time visit the McDonalds drive through at parklands Cape town. Every time I have to park to wait, and Just about every time there is part of the order missing. I have to park in the dark and cannot actual see what is in the bag. To night is was A big Mac, last time it was the apple pies. This is a regular thing, where the drive through order just does not have what is suppose to be in it. From n ow one. I'll refuse to park. and your staff will pack each item in front of me so I can see my order is complete. This id un acceptable. If it was a once of occurrence it might understand but in the last year it might have happened more more that 50% of the time. Get your staff trained up and make sure you do not ***** from your customers.
