order incorrect, and cold

I stopped by McDonald's to pick up some supper. Ordered a number 5.<br> When I got home 3 minutes later, food was ice cold and there was only one burger instead of two.<br> Absolutely pathetic I mean really.<br> At 21:30 there is no line, no pressure, how can you get that submit order wrong?<br> Pathetic.<br> Not keen to use this establishment any time soon
