Order from McDonald's Chili on Top took 4 hours to be delivered

My Colleagues and I ordered foods from McDonald's Chili on Top at Leeuwkop and Rivonia, Rivonia Rd, Sunninghill, Johannesburg, 2191 today the 28th of February 2020 at 12H30. The driver came around 16H00 after several calls. The Manager on Duty, Mr Daniel sent 1 ice cream for 4 different orders (4 people) to apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that there was a delay on the road for the march but however the driver **** to us saying that he was at our offices at 13H00 and nobody opened our office gate which was not the case!!!

We are very disappointed with the service as we always order from them!!!
