Order cancelled with no notification

I ordered meals to the value of r150 through the online McDelivery service and they sent me an email just after 12 to say it has been received for delivery. At 15:12 it hadnt arrived yet so I called the call centre who said they would call me back. At 16:00 still no call but when i checked on the track my order system, the order was cancelled but nobody informed of that.
