Order canceled without a valid reason
I placed my order on the App, the amount was taken off my bank account and the order was canceled the last minute without a valid reason?!

07 Jan 2025, 17:26My issue was eventually resolved but this is after I had to post on X, formerly Twitter, in future I really wish the notes we leave on our orders are not ignored. This is because I was told the driver/courier could not get hold of me but I didn’t get any missed calls nor did security try to reach out to me as per my notes to be let in at the gate.
