Order breakfast get it in time for Lunch

So I'm doing this a few days later, but rather late then never.

Last week Friday I decided I really feel for mcdonalds breakfast. So I called the delivery call centre at 8:28 and was told the food will be delivered in about 45 minutes. @9:30 nothing yet so I call again to find out what's going on, agent I spoke to could not get hold of the store and promised to call me back and get the store manager to contact me. At 10:15 no call back yet, so I call again. Same story. I am yet to receive a call back from anyone. My food arrived 2 hours after I placed the order. It was practically lunch time again.

And then when speaking to the driver he is clueless doesn't even know the contact number for the store!

A simple call to say there's a delay because of whatever reason would have been appreciated!
