Order arrives late

<p>so we ordered online around 14:45 we were then sent a delivery time that by 16:20 latest 16:35 we will receive our order, fair enough we wait but theres no one . at 17:02 I get a call from them to say that the order is here, i try calling back that number when it disconnects and it tells me about mailbox being full.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 17:10 i get another call from their branch in ghandi square who want to talk about the order, i mean seriously we were patient enough with the 2 hour wait, at 5 who are they delivering for and why. we have left because we dont reside at work. the nice thing is that they do know that the address states our company name. </p> <p> </p> <p>so i want to know how it took them 2 hrs to make orders and deliver them kanjani nje </p> <p>im really annoyed by the service we received from them </p>
