Order ***** and Theft: Monavoni McDònald Good day

This is a complaint about order ***** and theft that occurred at Monavoni McDonalds on 2024/04/13.

At about 8Pm on the said date I expected an order to be delivered to my address after the ordered was placed through the app.

The order Reference is 'Baphiwe' and the order items were as follows:

Cajun Chickn meal Big Mc Chicken meal Spicey chicken foldover meal Bill paid was R274.30

The order disappeared from the app prompting us to call the Monavoni outlet, only to be told that the order has been collected.

We called the manager on duty, who failed to resolve the matter and ended up not answering our calls.

It looks like the manager and his staff are colluding with ********s to intercept online orders and have them collected by ********s who didn't pay for such orders.

His behavior confirmed this and he didn't act like a Manager.

I still expect my order to be delivered as I'm writing the email. Your Manager is not talking to me and noone from that McDonald's outlet has called or answered my calls..

I need assistance in correcting this kind of behavior by your Monavoni staff and through making sure that my order is refunded if not delivered tonight. I'm disappointed and furious at the pathetic unprofessional behaviour of your manager who colludes with ********s.
