ORDER 30min LATE - BAD ATTITUDE

Placed an order an hour ago. Should have been delivered 30 min ago. When contacting the applicable McDonald's in Kuils River, I simply get told I will just need to wait as they only have one driver. Who's problem is this??? I will not be paying for this order.
