Ontdekkers.

So we went this weekend to go and buy food at the McDonald's on Ontdekkers and let me tell you that the shift Manager, Imagine , was there most disrespectful to a few people including myself and wife for just letting him know that we do not think the meal he gave us is correct as it contained a Mcfeast burger that we didn't even order. He gave another customer terrible service that he even walked out with his baby in his arms. All the customer did was asked for assistance on how to use the self order machine.

Made me feel that I should of just took the burger and left him for someone else to fight with afterwards yet I did not want someone else to go through the whole drama.

How can a manager give someone nonsense just for wanting to pay at the cashier counter. This man clearly was upset that he had to work this particular weekend and was on a mission to ensure everyone else was just as miserable.

If you walk in and see Imagine on duty, turn and go to Burger King.
