Online order never fulfilled and no refund

On the 1st of March 2019 I placed an online order at around 19:00 and I received an order confirmation at 19:09 , they had indicated that they could not deliver right away so I ordered 2 hours in advance , I was working night shift then I tried to do follow-ups to their call centre at around 21:30 but there was no answer on at exactly 22:00 I receive a call from the store manager of woodmead to tell me they will not be able to deliver as they have no riders and mind you now the other resturants have closed I have no where to get food they tell me I will get refund for my order but I am still waiting till today and its almost a week. my order number was 25-01/03/2 ********** 4 , I am very dis-satisfied with this online service I got where do I order food after 22:00?
