Online order

I ordered online McDelivery at 19:22. My order arrived at 20:53. I called the call centre twice, the second I called I told them I'll fetch my food if they can't deliver. The agent connected me with the restaurant (Wingtip) only for them to tell me the had no driver the order was on hold. The driver was still at the restaurant while I'm waiting for my food. When I finally received my food it was cold, dry & stale. Worst experience ever
