Online order an hour late

Why the hell do you provide order delivery times if you cannot stick to it????? We have a massive order that is late..... waiting for it as I am typing this! Not even the decency to let us know it will be late! some people have left already and thus haven't eaten! The rest of us will eat cold food?????? guy that phoned me had a very lame excuse and couldn't really care less!!! Thanks for wasting my time money and airtime..... and supplying us with cold food..... that's assuming the order will actualy be delivered, and all items delivered correctly!
