One Hour For Food ?

I really do enjoy a meal from mac Donald's , but Mac Donald's Epping has disappointed me a few times with bad service . I always wait to be served at the counter and an extra 30min or more for my food whilst there's only 2-4 clients in store . I've seen many people walk out because they cannot wait for a cashier . Their service is the worst compared to any other Mac Donald's . Just the other night I waited for almost an hour for a grand chicken jalapeno medium meal , they weren't that busy but I still waited long .
