once bitten twice shy!

I often place online delivery orders however I always encounter a problem. If the food isn't what I ordered, the order is late and they do not communicate with me. The reason why I'm writing this review today is because of the fact that I am Fed up! Today I placed an order and it was scheduled to come in an hour or so. I waited after sometime I took it upon myself to actually call the store and ask where my order is the response I received was that the driver came to my house called me and didn't find me and so he headed back to the store. ( Theres construction happening at my house so the contractors are outside there is NO WAY he/she didn't find anyone). The lady I was speaking to (Ditiro) told me that story and I asked to speak to the manager she said she's the manager and was quite rude towards me. Only when I said I want to cancel the order she then said "No please speak to the manager". The manager who is Johannes Maibelo said he will fix the mistake by ensuring that a driver is sent ASAP...this is 2 hours later. I always have these types of mishaps with McD but today it was worse. We all have things to do but if they want to keep their customers they must fix themselves!
