On the 08/10/2023 I went to McDonald’s around 05:20 am to buy Boerie and hash brown stack with cappuccino so the lady who was serving me gave me a cappuccino with a lid that was not properly closed,when I tried to close the coffee the lid fell and the cup

On the 08/10/2023 I went to McDonald’s around 05:20 am to buy Boerie and hash brown stack with cappuccino so the lady who was serving me gave me a cappuccino with a lid that was not properly closed,when I tried to close the coffee the lid fell and the cup turned and burned my thighs. I went to report the incident and phoned head office,logged a claim but up to date they did not bother to stay in contact with me.The lady never came back to check on me basically they ignored me.
