Old prepared double quarter pounder

I Iweren't to Macdonald in secunda graving for double quarter pounder with cheese guess i got ,old meal with a cheese melted and showing that the meal was prepared 3hours ago and the unfortunate part is that i was in a hurry on a drip i had no time to return the meal .it is so annoying to spend more then 70bucks buying a meal like that what happens to food safety or health and safety precautions ?♂️?♂️? I am vey very dissapionted..
