OLD GANACHE CAKE

I just ordered two chocolate ganache cakes via Mcdelivery, as per the receipt Bonnie captured the order, the cakes are as hard as cement, the texture.is like dried out toasted brown bread!! i called Mcdelivery and Nonhlanhla answered and told me Mcdelivery is about to close that i should call the branch (the nerve). Never bothered to take my details to follow up. i demand an apology and a full refund for this ****
