old food

yesterday myself and my wife went to Mc Donalds Ottery,when we enetered the store two employees had a argument infront of all the customers in the store,i then ignored that and orderd a meal box for my family,when I got home and opened my meal box,we discovered that all our chips was old and hard,i was so upset and disappointed I did not feel like driving all the way back to ottery,im asking please don't give me this service as I am a good customer of Mc Donalds ottery :( this is not the first time.
