Oily burger bun and box

I bought 3 burgers yeater at about 1.30pm, when we got home 2 of the burgers was perfect the other had oil spatter on top and inside the top off the box.

I called the store, I could not get through, I then called the customer care line and was informed that they will pass on the complaint to the manager and they will call me.

The day went by and no one called. I then made my way to store at about 7pm where I showed the supervisor or manager she said is the oil of the patty that is on top of the burger and the lid of the box.

All good and well with that but I too have been in the food industry and presentation is key. Thank you for replacing the burger for me, I won't use your store again my time is priceless and I wasted it on a burger.
