offers lacking

this is for mcdonald's on cr swart road in Kempton Park. why why why do u advertise that it is open 24hrs but you don't have a coffee brista from 6am? surely if makes sense that people would like the option of filter coffee or cappuccino ?? I chatted to the manager and she mentioned they have been asking their store managers but they are not prepared to look at offer this for early customers. there is a kfc across the road from your restaurant and they offer cappuccino, do you want to loose customers over this??
