Occupational Health And Safety not Practiced

Yesterday I purchased meals for my family at McDonald's Jewel City in Maboneng. I must say with the pandemic still very much growing in our country I expect food and beverage industry to stick with Occupational Health and Safety protacol. I purchased a Double Quater Pounder meal, with to Chicken Foldover meals and chicken Mc nuggets.. When I received my nuggets I was not told that there was no jalapeño dipping.. But instead received the sit down tomato mini tub with a sticker to cover the top.. Firstly I don't know how long has it been sitting and if the mini tubs have been cleaned.. This is not standard and rather no to be served for hygiene purposes.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied
