Nothing they can do

So today at 12:28:53 I was at the drive thru at Mc Donalds BLUFF.. My family and I waited forever for our meals no apology nothing ,I had to ask why is our food taking long then they decide to give it to us . Later to find out the grand chicken spicy I ordered was not spicy at all it had a drop of mayo on it.. I called the manager whose promises to deliver the right meal then refuses and says there's nothing he can do.. what pathetic service.. it's not the first time we've had a problem with service but this time really was to much ... we always at our local mc deez and to be treated in this way is unacceptable
